Today I received results from an MRI with the written-report stating Minor depression of superior endplate of D3, with fatty signal change in marrow adjacent to end-plate. What does this mean and should I be worried ? Is it indicating any kind of lesion etc
1. Nothing much to worry as the is no significant neural compression. 2. These kind of changes tend to occur with age. 3. In the meanwhile you should take precautionary steps like just maintaining good posture in day to day activities.
Hope this helps. Have a good day.
